The amount of Coins chosen (1-3), affects both potential winnings and the bet value. The total bet is calculated by multiplying the number of paylines played with the number of coins and the bet value.
Payline wins are multiplied by the bet per line.
Only the highest win is paid on each of the active paylines.

Basic instructions
